Only 5 minute walk to the Medieval city of Carcassone. 30 minute walk to Canal du Midi. Access to local buses within 5 minute walk. Accommodation very clean & comfortable with air conditioning. Lovely pool. Communal tea & coffee making facilities available. Large communal fridge with choice of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks operates on an "honesty" basis. In addition to bottled water (small charge) complimentary bottles of tap water available daily in the fridge. Anthony was the perfect host. Very helpful & friendly. Can definitely recommend Maison Mignardise & would return if visiting the area again.
Would prefer tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Maybe more choice at breakfast but otherwise perfectly adequate.

The property is like the pictures show. No false advertising. Our “room” had two bedrooms, both with excellent air conditioning, as separate w/c and bathroom and was on the top floor with slanted ceiling.
Really nothing. It was among the nicest of the over 30 bookings we’ve had in on this trip.
