In one of the oldest districts of Morzine, very quiet, close to the center (500m from the town hall).
Served by shuttles (shuttle stop for Avoriaz at 200m, for Morzine at 50m).
- Ground floor, 1 bedroom with bathroom with Italian shower.
- 1st floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom with Italian shower and adjoining garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Large wooden terrace.
- 2nd floor: large living room, kitchen and pantry. Equipped terrace (table, chairs, BBQ).
Low temperature underfloor heating, 3 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered. Heated ski room.

Warm welcome from owner who clearly has put so much love into creating a comfortable and well equipped chalet. The top floor offers great views over Morzine and the perfect spot for watching the paragliders. It’s a welcome quiet retreat but only a short 15 minute walk from centre.

We had a great stay at the chalet - perfectly located, lovely and clean and modern, just perfect for a large group of friends and families - and so close to the bus stop or for driving to the slopes. Great communication and help from Christelle. Thank you xx

This is the second time my family has stayed at the property. It's perfect for us as a family of five but could accommodate 3/4 more people. Plenty of bedrooms and communal space.
Everything was arranged by Christelle for us on arrival, including clean bedding and towels.
The views from the property are stunning and sad to leave them behind. Hope to be back again in the future.
