Heart of resort 3 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants in the center of Morzine, very quiet area. Large south-west facing terrace, overlooking the mountains of Nyon, Pléney and the heart of the village.
Free shuttle bus stop for ski areas 50m from the apartment. Apartment located less than 10 minutes walk - 950m from the domain Avoriaz_Portes du Soleil via the gondola Super-Morzine.
Very spacious and bright apartment, 8/10 people: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms WC and 1 separate toilet.

Really enjoyed our stay in the very big well equipped apartment. There were only four of us but would handle 8 to 10 easily. We booked a ski locker by the lifts which i think is essential as it is a nice walk in shoes but wouldnt want to do it in ski boots!

The property was very modern and clean. Everything worked, accessing the property was just as described and it was great to be able to park our hire car right by the property with allocated spaces.The host was great and very communicative.We loved the location. Although it’s not really close to the lifts, it was very quiet as it’s not right in the town centre but that’s only a 5-7 minute walk away and the ski hire place right next to the lifts stored all our stuff overnight so no walking with skis.

The chalet is beautifully presented in a fantastic place for all the amenities , close to shops ,supermarkets,bars and restaurants that MORZINE has to offer . I would highly recommend this property. The only little issue was we had make up all the beds .

For a family sized chalet in the French alps this is super spacious. The kitchen/living area is perfect for relaxing after a days skiing and the beds are incredibly comfy! We had a week here and Veronique was super helpful pre booking and during our stay. She kindly allowed us to use her buggy which really did help also when taking our infant up into the mountains! We had a few issues with the WiFi which was fixed mid-week. We were a large party 5 adults, 3 children and 1 infant) and it never felt squashed. The children enjoyed the space as did we. Location is good - be mindful with buggies/children it’s a bit of a walk (adults could get home quickly from the centre but having little people was a bit trickier. We also kept our skis in town as it made more sense to carry as little as possible up the hill. Overall a great stay and we would stay there again.

We recently stayed here for our snowboarding trip. The chalet is well quipped with a ski boot room and laundry room for use. The chalet is about 5-10 minute walk down to the ski lifts and into the main village. Veronique was a great host and we truly appreciated the little welcome basket on arrival. Would definitely recommend this chalet as a base in Morzine.

We stayed for a short skiing break with a group of friends, the chalet is well equipped and has separate ski lockers and laundry so for late check out (we went skiing) before leaving for the airport it was useful to have somewhere to store your suitcases and change before the flight.

The apartment is a good size. Plenty of space in the living room/ kitchen to relax. Well Equipped kitchen. We did not use the boot room as we stored our skis in town. Would be a steep walk up to the apartment from town with skis but was an easy 10 minute walk without skis. Veronique was responsive to emails. Would recommend.

We loved the apartment, really comfortable, nicely finished and loads of space. Close to Morzine town centre and even closer to the Carrefour. Very very close to the bus for Super Morzine / Pleney or only a little further for the bus to Prodains Express.

Excellent location (more than 3 minutes to shops), perfect view, very nice terrace, appartment is taken care of, 2 big and modern and well maintained bathrooms, very good beds and storage room, large living room and all kitchen machines included, washing machine and dryer as well and enough room for several bikes. Perfect for 1 or more weeks even. Also the communication with Veronique was very fast and flexible. Makes it much easier. The appartment has 3 sleeping rooms, so 8 to 10 people is maybe a bit too much: 1 room with double bed for only 1,5 person (smaller bed), 1 room with 2 seperate beds and 1 room (not too big actually) with 2 sepreate beds and 1 bunk bed. In the living room the couch can be turned into beds. So 8/10 includes children, then it is possible only, not for 8/10 adults maybe.

Not one to normally leave reviews but, what can I say……..from start to finish an amazing experience! From point of booking, communication with our host Veronique was spot on, information provided on the accommodation and surrounding area was excellent. I was in fear the accommodation may not be as big as it looked in the pictures (fisheye lens), but when we arrived it was as I’d hoped if not larger than expected and looked exactly as it does in the pictures. Everything was well laid out and accommodated a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 children) very comfortably. Kitchen had all the utilities and utensils you’d need. Out on the shared decking there is a gas BBQ, and chairs, we made good use of this. For evenings if required there are extensions you can add to the dining table so plenty of space and chairs to enjoy a meal with all. The rooms had all the space and storage one would require. Cleanliness was excellent, fresh linen delivered – note you do need to make the beds yourself but definitely not an issue as shows nothing to hide. Location again was brilliant for us, just out of town so you’re not in the thick of it, but equally a very short walk to the supermarket and bars (5mins) and 10mins max into the main square. Overall, a fantastic place, I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are a family group, thank you Veronique and a pleasure to meet you briefly – 5/5 P.S Veronique – my friend said thank you for the bruise cream, worked amazingly!

Overall a really functional and attractive property. We had a few issues with the internet which needs to be a little better in this era to be honest. That aside, the property offers lots of additional features such as laundry area, bike storage and cleaning, ski lockers and a lovely terrace area with BBQ (which we didn't use as much as we should have)

This is a beautiful chalet. Great communication from the host, easy check in, modern and very clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our summer stay in Morzine. It was a five minute walk downhill to the local supermarket and about a ten minute walk to the Le Pleney lift. We were there for road cycling and it was easy to access a number of climbs. We went on day trips to Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix and tried white water rafting with a company located just outside Morzine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Apartment Arnica. The apartment is really lovely - spacious, comfortable, well laid out with plenty of storage and had everything we needed. It was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 young teens. There is a lovely terrace that looks over Morzine and catches the evening sun so perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains and we made good use of the BBQ. Location is excellent, so close to town. Véronique made the booking and check in process very easy and promptly answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Arnica. Thank you Véronique for a lovely stay.

We stayed in Arnica over the half term holiday as a family of two adults and three children. The apartment looked even better in real life than the pictures. Everything was available for a perfect family getaway. There is plenty of space to relax, eat and sleep. Plenty of storage for a family. Short walk into town for all the restaurants and numerous bus stops in the vicinity of the property for access to Morzine or Avoriaz. We walked to the Pleney lift in the mornings for lessons which takes about 15 minutes. Veronique was a great host and provided excellent communication from the point of booking, through to the lead up to the stay and on the day. I can highly recommend as stay for a family.

We had a brilliant time in Morzine, and Veronique's apartment was perfect for us. Loads of space for a family of 4, beautifully decorated to a high spec. Plenty of parking and the bike room and private ski locker were a godsend as we came laden with bikes. The apartment is only a short walk to the bottom of town, supermarket, skate park, river and cycle paths. Veronique made the whole booking process very simple, and was incredibly attentive, before, during and after our stay. Thanks Veronique and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Arnica

Arnica is exactly as shown on the web listing, spotlessly clean, modern and a great location for access to town and ski lifts. 7 of us in our group and plenty of room, cutlery, crockery etc. for all of us twice over. Check in was effortless and communication with Veronique absolutely fantastic. Always responded very quickly and super helpful. Slight blip with WiFi which she resolved very quickly. We had a bit of a stressful last day as flights cancelled and Veronique went out of her way to be so helpful and supportive. I don’t usually write reviews but simply had to this time. Definitely recommend. Thank you Veronique.
