Large, clean and very close to beach
The dryer took forever to dry close. Dishwasher door would not vent open.

Perfect size for a family. Loved the location as well. Well taken Care of property.
Illegal parking blocked us in several times. Many pot smokers in the area exposing my children to skunk weed. Property is immaculate but dish washer and dryer need new heating elements, dryer also needs exhaust cleaned out. Thermostat needs new batteries. Water pressure is extremely low, maybe supply issue or maybe deposits in faucet screens. These are not complaints. But owner may want to address them Sooner or later.

Location, beach access
Just the little details, all tv remotes had dead batteries, no laundry detergent, etc. The breakfast that is provided is a couple miles down the road so don’t plan on walking.
