We are committed to continue the reputation created by the previous owners of FireHenry’s 2, as one of the most popular properties to reserve for family and friend get-away to South Padre Island. All the previous guests overwhelmingly agree that this property far exceeded their expectations. Most past guest comments complement our gorgeous pool/Jacuzzi and bar entertainment area in our back yard.
The pool and entertainment area were created with quality design and luscious landscaping to make a wonderful place to relax after spending the day at the beach, shopping or touring the many attractions of the area. We promise that you will be impressed with the attractive furnishings and amenities throughout the property.
If you are planning a trip to South Padre Island, now is the time to go on line and make a reservation at Destination Constellation or our new vacation rental Southern Destination (Listing #1878698). Large families may consider both properties that can accommodate up to 30 guests (maximum of 14 guests at Destination Constellation and 16 guests at Southern Destination). The properties are only one house apart from each other.
Destination Constellation is a private home on the resort on South Padre Island. that has been transformed into a relaxing vacation rental, including a new pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, recently remodeled tile floors, granite top kitchen, marble top bathrooms, tile showers, and all new appliances.
South Padre Island is a beach destination located at the tip of the Texas coast, just north of Brownsville, Texas and is bordered on the east side by the Gulf of Mexico and on the west side by the Laguna Madre. The island is only accessible by causeway or boat.
Destination Constellation is just a couple-minute walk, about 150 yds. down Constellation to Aquarius Circle Beach Access #18. At Aquarius Circle beach entrance, island visitors will find easy access to the Gulf of Mexico via a newly constructed boardwalk with outdoor shower for easy clean-up after a relaxing day on the beach. Waiting back at your private vacation home is Spectrum cable, and high-speed internet available throughout the house (a total of six flat screen TVs).
The two master bedrooms can accommodate two guests each with a King size bed
One more bedrooms can accommodate two guests each on a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has two sets of custom designed bunk beds that will please small kids and big (adult) kids alike. Appealing to young kids but built to accommodate any adult. Two queen size sleeper sofa in this large open living room can accommodate two guests each. These are the best sofa sleepers that you will ever find to sleep upon. Each fitted with a normal thickness coil spring sofa mattress but what makes these different, the mattress has an adjustable air bed on top. All fourteen guests will have easy access to covered patio and pool area in a beautifully landscaped backyard. You may bring your personal beach towels for the pool and beach but we have extra if needed. Bath towels provided by Destination Constellation cannot be used at the beach.
A fenced in backyard provides privacy for your family as they relax by the pool and hot tub. There is a 1/2 bath next to pool.
Destination Constellation provides all bed linens and bath towels. Beds are adorned with colorful comforters, quilts, and blankets.
The kitchen is complete with granite counters as well as all of the appliances, equipment, and cooking amenities/utensils needed to prepare that special island meal for your family and friends. Not interested in cooking? There are several restaurants in close proximity to your vacation home available for your family and friends to enjoy a relaxed evening on the island.
Destination Constellation is a non-smoking facility. We will consider allowing up to two pets with prior approval. An additional cleaning fee does apply. Two driveways provide enough space in the front of the house to accommodate five cars.
South Padre has so many wonderful activities for your family to participate in while you are on the island. Golf cart rental place just steps away for your enjoyment. Just across Padre Island Boulevard is the U.S. Post Office and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance from Destination Constellation. South Padre Island enjoys a unbelievable variety of amusement amenities, including fishing, swimming, wind surfing, beach buggy rides, horseback riding, party cruises and a huge variety of water sports along the most beautiful gulf coast of South Texas. Your guests and family will also enjoy visiting well-know attractions such as The Birding Center, Turtle Rescue Center, Horseback Riding and Petting Center, and Museums. Shopping, restaurants with a variety of cuisines, and beach front clubs and bars are located throughout the island on our three major boulevards: Padre Island Blvd., Gulf Blvd., and Laguna Blvd. Another popular attraction is an eight-mile ride North to the end of the of Hwy 100. There you will find beautiful sand dunes and a natural beach setting that is admired by travelers from all over the world. There are two drive-on beach accesses that allow you to drive north on the beach for over 20 miles.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

The property was great. This was a girls trip and we enjoyed it a lot. The private pool was amazing. We did have a lot of construction going on in the street. No fault of the owners. 7am early noise with heavy equipment.

Perfect house for a laid back family vacation. Look no further this house has and is close to everything you could want. The house itself was very clean, well organized and thought out. The pool area and bar area are great for family meals and staying cool. We enjoyed the space immensely. The owners and property management group were very responsive and wonderful.

This house was extremely clean and well equipped with everything our family of 8 could ask for. The furniture was comfortable and the living areas were very spacious. We had everything we need to cook and serve.The out door pool area was wonderful with a very clean pool and hot tub. A bathroom down at the pool was great. Enjoyed being so close to the beach.

This place was wonderful to share with our family, and our close friends and their kids for Spring break. The weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t get to go to the beach like we thought we would have but the house seemed to have plenty of beach supplies available to use. The house was very clean. Hosts were extremely responsive when we noticed an issue but we didn’t need it fixed during our stay we worked around it. The kids loved loved loved the pool and hot tube and how warm it was. They really loved that because of how warm it was it still allowed them to swim and have fun even if the weather wasn’t what we were expecting. Would absolutely rent this place again.
