5 BEDROOM BEACHFRONT CONDO - 3rd Floor

Terrific beach access! Best along that stretch. Condo is spacious with lots of comfortable seating. Recliner in bedroom was a lifesaver. 3rd floor location gives you unbroken 180 degree view from deck. Props for responsiveness of La Copa mgmnt team before, during, and after our stay.

Pool inaccessible. Desperately need handrail with the steps. Would have liked some games - maybe even just to borrow at desk.

Complimentary snacks, paper towels, towels , hot water, beds were comfy lots of pillows, washer and dryer, bbq, pool, so close to the beach, balcony,

Shower door in master restroom kept opening while in shower, in second main room the lights were flickering and kept getting turned on, misleading photo of a bbq on top of balcony, we were under impression that we could before we got there then there were signs everywhere that you couldn't which is fine. Also more info on complimentary breakfast on the voucher as far as where to go would be great, thank you

Really enjoyed our stay at La Copa's offsite condos 3rd floor. The condo had plenty of space for our large family. The master bedroom/bathroom is huge! They really thought about everything. They had a high chair for our toddler, which I wasn't expecting. Along with a pack and play. The kitchen utensils, plates, and pots are very stocked. No need to buy any of those if you plan on cooking. They also left plenty of dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and laundry soap. There's also plenty of beach toys by the pool and a rinsing station. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and set up as well for extra.

If you need extra towels, make sure to ask. Our stay was short, but extra towels are definitely needed because of the sand.

Perfect access to the beach and plenty of room. The condo itself is well thought out with several things one might need, baby cot, washer dryer and soap, dishwasher tablets, plenty of kitchen plates and silverware, tools. Trash bags. Don't really need beach toys, since they store next to the pool leftover toys. Beds were very clean and comfy.

They were short staffed, so we didn't get to check in until after 5pm. And even then, the cleaners weren't done. We couldn't use the pool at all during our stay as it was not clean. You could tell a major difference between this one and the neighbors. We came last year and it was perfect. This year it fell short of that. It looks like it's needing maintenance, the dryer vent tube needs cleaning, so don't plan on using the dryer. Dishwasher needs some minor maintenance. We rented chairs and umbrellas for check in day. And we couldn't use them since they get picked up at 5. We did not receive a refund for those. Need more outdoor trash cans, or maintenance to pick up excess. Trash needed to be placed on the ground because the outdoor cans were overflowing.
