5 BEDROOM BEACHFRONT CONDO - 3rd Floor

Terrific beach access! Best along that stretch. Condo is spacious with lots of comfortable seating. Recliner in bedroom was a lifesaver. 3rd floor location gives you unbroken 180 degree view from deck. Props for responsiveness of La Copa mgmnt team before, during, and after our stay.

Pool inaccessible. Desperately need handrail with the steps. Would have liked some games - maybe even just to borrow at desk.

Complimentary snacks, paper towels, towels , hot water, beds were comfy lots of pillows, washer and dryer, bbq, pool, so close to the beach, balcony,

Shower door in master restroom kept opening while in shower, in second main room the lights were flickering and kept getting turned on, misleading photo of a bbq on top of balcony, we were under impression that we could before we got there then there were signs everywhere that you couldn't which is fine. Also more info on complimentary breakfast on the voucher as far as where to go would be great, thank you

Really enjoyed our stay at La Copa's offsite condos 3rd floor. The condo had plenty of space for our large family. The master bedroom/bathroom is huge! They really thought about everything. They had a high chair for our toddler, which I wasn't expecting. Along with a pack and play. The kitchen utensils, plates, and pots are very stocked. No need to buy any of those if you plan on cooking. They also left plenty of dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and laundry soap. There's also plenty of beach toys by the pool and a rinsing station. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and set up as well for extra.

If you need extra towels, make sure to ask. Our stay was short, but extra towels are definitely needed because of the sand.

The location is perfect, The balcony is stunning the view is the best and the natural stone finishes throughout the condo, the furniture was great, Location is perfect you can walk to all the restaurants, clubs and attractions

Roaches inside condo so many that roach spray was left under the kitchen cabinets roaches were out in the daytime and more at night, closet doors off the hinges Toilets not working properly in 2 bathrooms, Water pressure in all showers were the worst barley a trickle of water very disappointing that maintenance and overly cleanliness standard is so poor but the cost to rent is over 1000$ a night, forced to stay due no other units being available during 4th of July
