The location is excellent and the flat was very comfortable and clean. The amenities both inside and out were excellent, 3 different Wifi's to use and this allowed playback casting from my phone onto TV.
Never met any staff personally, and the flat door lock was temperamental, sometimes you couldn't lock it from inside, then suddenly it WOULD lock, after fiddling about with it. I did report it but was told that was a first for the host. Apart from those 2 things the stay was great.

Such a spacious apartment and lovely big kitchen. In the heart of the town so handy for supermarkets and restaurants with Inverness a short drive away. Comfortable bed too.
It can get a little bit noisy in the evening.
