Clean and spacious apartment with comfortable bed. Modern bathroom and kitchen.
Mould/damp in both bedrooms around windows area and blinds mould stained.

The location and the fact that it was warm
The lack of cleanliness. A dirty scrunchie by the bed in one room, an old sock by the bed in another room, a dirty used tissue on the radiator in flat 4.

lovely clean apartment had all the amenities you might need and in a perfect spot. Close to the supermarket (literally 2 minute walk) Was a perfect location for us to stop for 2 days on our NC500 trip.
The stair well had not much head room which I unfortunately found out the hard way but apart from that great stay.

We were here to visit the Corrieshalloch Gorge.
This was the easiest place to go from.
We were delighted to find the flat easily, that there was ample parking at the back. The lockbox was really easy to locate - right by the front door. Everything worked well.
We were even happier when we saw the size of the flat. We had just come from a studio - one room. Here there is a large living dining room and an enormous double room. There is also a single room we did not use.
The kitchen is fine, if rather a mixture of plates and mugs. We didn't cook other than to heat up some Lidl croissants. We preferred cheese and wine for supper.
The shower is good, lovely hot water and easy to operate.
We had one meal out at the Culbokie Inn a short drive away. Not much to look at outside, but very lovely service and an excellent lemon sole.
Before we left we called into Batty's Baps on the high street and had an excellent panini.
Nothing much. A silly thing we would have liked a drainer tray for the kitchen sink. We washed up by hand and there is nowhere to put the wet dishes.
If - like me - you need a dark room to sleep in bring an eye blind. There are proper curtains but there is a street lamp right outside and the light gets in under the curtains. It never bothers my husband, only me.

The flat was filthy. Flies in extractor fan where it was so dirty. Oven dirty

Great location in Dingwall. Super close to amazing butcher, fruit and vegetable grocer and bakery so was really was a pleasure to stay there with the family.

The rooms are big and clean. The sofa and beds were comfy and clean. Easy to deal with the owner.

In terms of the property interior it was a super place with so much room to use and it was very bright. Comfy beds and sofa, room to eat at a table, facilities for self catering, good sized fridge and it was nice that some basics were left in the cupboards (salt, teabags etc) plus some toiletries in the bathroom (maybe from past guests but welcome all the same). There’s plenty of car parking with random places to use: it felt pretty secure to us. It was nice that regular buses are stopping nearby so there was activity to watch. Although we went out for days there are some great walks nearby especially up to the cemetery and monument on the hill which gives fab views of Dingwall. You must visit the Alchemist next door which does a terrific range of cards and gifts (the jewel in the crown of Dingwall). There is a large Tesco within walking distance so you won’t go without food
The lobby and hall area are a let down for this accommodation and gives you the impression that it’s run down and not nice. Peeling paint and plaster off the walls needs some attention. Therefore when accessing the apartment you haven’t got the best impression which is a shame as overall it’s a great place. There are some wonderful views from the living room only marred by filthy windows, something simple as a good clean would make all the difference. I can’t fault Sal who was there if we needed him and he worked quickly when we didn’t find the key in the key safe. There are so many places to visit from this base so would recommend

Location was excellent for our needs
We have been to flat 1 and 3 prviously and had no issues. Flat 4 however was a disaster. 12 a toilet roll. Rubbish in toilet floor. Oven had been cooking a pizza and hadn't been cleaned. The blinds were all broken and would not shut so not much privacy. The TV didn't work neither did the wifi and as for the tea towels they were all stained The place needed a good clean.

Super location, at the end of the main street, and a few minutes walk to the railway station. Spacious and well equipped flat which was ideal for a few nights stay. Excellent bathroom and kitchen / lounge. Dingwall is a lovely town.
First impressions not good; the car park strewn with rubbish, and the entrance door to the apartment a bit battered and worn. Plaster falling away in the corridors. But none of this should detract from the great value accommodation, which became a home from home for us. We would return.

The flat is in a great location, close to all amenities
We were in the top flat, there are too many stairs. We did not request a lower flat, because our confirmation said we were in flat 3, but when they contacted us, they told us we were in flat 4

Very spacious / clean flat which was very well equipped with everything we needed. WiFi worked very well for home working which was ideal. Huge double bedroom!! Would stay again if I’m the area.
Nothing we didn’t like but if we were asked…The double bedroom is huge and could probably do with a little more furniture in it, to make use of the space. A wee side table / lamp and extra chair in the livingroom would make it more homely as there is def enough room.

Prompt communication from the flat owner.
Too basic, not what we had expected. Living room area not welcoming with just one small sofa. Nowhere to relax properly. No instruction manual. Flat was cold and we were told to change setting on the boiler, which was located under the eves and we would have had to crawl to get to it so not easily accessible.
