We both loved caedmons rest it was home from home we was absolutley short of nothing, the location is amazing, you couldnt wish for anything better that was our 11th time at Whitby and this was definatley a cut above the rest and we will definatley be returning if available. ☆☆☆☆☆ Malc & Rita Wigan

Every single thing I could possibly need (or want) was there, definitely home from home Lovely comfy bed and pillows Facilities inside appartment excellent
Very noisy really early in the mornings Bin wagons and deliveries Didn't like the shiny bling and artificial flowers (not in keeping with the quirky property) but that's purely personal choice

Everything and more was there to make it comfortable. A welcome pack was a lovely touch. Sweets, wine, a card,milk, tea and bikkies. Location was perfect. Just at the bottom of the 199 steps and close to all amenities. Bedding, towels and the whole cottage were spotless. All in all a great stay.
I found the stairs to the bedroom a bit difficult to climb but I was aware of it before I went so it's my own fault. I'm not as fit as I thought haha.
