Upon arrival we got the keys from a key safe box. Went inside and was pleased the house was immaculately clean. We all went upstairs to our rooms, we stayed in the room with single beds. Lots of storage in the wardrobe for all our things. Beds were clean and comfy. Came downstairs for a drink, plenty cups to use, everything you need is in this house. The house is central to all of Whitby but far enough away for noise to be a minimal. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again - I loved it !
Not really a problem with the house itself, but the parking can be an issue, especially in the summer months - so be prepared to unload your things and then go and find a parking space. We unloaded from the little carpark at the side of the house and then went to find a parking space - but it's Whitby, you expect it to be like that no matter where you stay.
