About this house rental
The beach quarter was newly built as a semi-detached house in 2017 and has been available for your vacation with up to 6 people since May 2018.
The light-flooded living-dining area with fireplace, TV and music system is located on the ground floor.
A modern, white kitchen with high-quality equipment invites you to cook.
In the spacious hall you have plenty of space for your wardrobe.
A shower room and the utility room with washing machine and dryer are also available on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed (180 x 200 cm),
a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the house.
The living rooms have fine vintage floors and high-quality stoneware was laid in the bathrooms.
Of course, you can use the WiFi access in the house free of charge.
There is a separate parking space for your car on the property.
You can store your bicycles and beach utensils in the lockable garden shed.
The beach district has a large terrace with a comfortable seating area and XXL beach chair.
A charcoal grill is also available.

Wir hatten in dem Ferienobjekt eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Modern, sauber, kompakt mit allen Utensilien für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub.
Die Lage direkt an einer Hauptverkehrstrasse und einer gegenüberliegenden Tankstelle sind etwas geräuschvoll wenn man im Aussenbereich ist oder die Fenster offen hat.
Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr leise.
Allgemein zusammengefasst ein "toller und erholsamer Kurzurlaub".
