Lovely cosy place to stay loved every minute here!!
Warm, perfect location, homely, friendly people, hot tub was great.

The cottage was warm, clean and comfortable, and ideally placed for our activity on Scafell Pike.
Whilst the hot tub was a bonus, it could do with a water clean, some scum collected round the edge when being used. The downstairs shower could do with a refresh

It was clean and spacious. Hot tub was lovely and relaxing after a day of hiking. Nice easy stroll into the village for delicious evening meal. Didn’t actually meet the owners during our stay.
The farm dogs are quite vocal. However, I’m sure our dogs did their fair share of barking.

Hot tub and cottage was well equipped, ideal base
It was on a working farm, so it felt like we were trespassing on someone’s property and the working dogs didn’t help as although they were on on leashes they aggressively barked every time you had to pass them, therefore we didn’t go anyway unless it involved us getting straight in the car. It would benefit to a separate access point from the farm
