Très bonne location malgré un équipement réduit ou endommagé en fin de saison touristique.
Cela étant, l'appartement fait partie des meilleures locations réservées à Nice où nous séjournons très régulièrement.
Tout est quasiment accessible à pied, le parking Marshall à proximité est un plus

Had a nice 5 night stay here. The location is great, close to the old town and walking distance from the beach. The area is nice with many cafe's and a small supermarket just outside the port. Apartment was similar than it seems in the photos. We could've hoped for better cleanliness (there was some dust and dirt on the walls), but overall it was tidy. You can hear everything from the neighbours, so if you want a quiet place, i don't recommend this. Also not good for loud or jumpy kids.
