The flat is very clean, well equiped, tastefully decorated and perfectly located. 5 minutes away from the Metro Ligne 9. The owner is friendly, easy to reach and very helpfull. We had a great stay at this place.

The apartment had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. It’s in a safe residential neighborhood and spacious for a Paris apartment. It has its own entrance in a gated area and is quiet at night. Charlotte was very welcoming and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

the bathroom doesn’t have any windows and no ventilation so it stays pretty moist and steamy after one shower, but other than that the apartment was great!

The location is great, close to metro and groceries. And it's in a very safe area. The apartment is suitable for a family of four. The host Charlotte is very nice and helpful. I recommend this property!

Breakfast was very fresh and good...and on time. :) The location is outstanding for safety, commuting, walking, eating and/or the scenery. Unique in its atmosphere as the building is architecturally pleasing, and you are immersed in a garden patio in the middle of the 16th of Paris. Charlotte was the best host and very informative about Paris.

Excellent accommodation for a weekend escape in Paris, especially if you would like to enjoy the true Parisian bourgeois atmosphere outside of the hackneyed touristy routes. Charlotte is a wonderful and very friendly host who was always around to help with any questions related to the property and gave us good recommendations for our visit in Paris. The apartment is very clean a cozy with truly Parisian character but also all modern facilities required for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time at Charlotte's house but if you are a party animal, probably makes sense to choose a different location / type of accommodation. I would highly recommend Charlotte's house for couples or families on a romantic trip to the French capital.

Spacious for a couple. So much quieter than the city center and convenient to the metro and bus for tourists. We are very tall people, & the queen bed and large tub were amply sized for us. Most of all Charlotte is an excellent host - so helpful & accommodating. We absolutely would hope to stay here the next time we travel to Paris.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Sehr gute Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt in der Nähe. Eine ruhige Wohngegend mit sehr guter Metroanbindung. Die Vermieterin Charlotte ist immer für einen da und hilft einem immer weiter, wenn man Probleme hat oder Tipps für ein Tagesprogramm sucht.

Есть много вещей,которые желательно исправить

Великолепное расположение, рядом отличный парк, магазины и пекарни - все в пределах нескольких минут ходьбы, очень тихий район, недалеко до метро.Шарлотта очень милая, отлично говорит по английски, принесла нам допольнительное одеяло.

Квартира несколько "усталая"-запах плесени из шкафа на кухне и в ванной, не работающая розетка в спальне, текущий кран на кухне, геля для душа в булылке было несколько капель- видимо не налили после предыдущих гостей, хуже всего было огромное количество комаров! Единственное окно,которое можно открыть находится на кухне и выходит на проезжую улицу, чтобы проветрить спальню надо открывать дверь, а это влечет тучи комаров.Не помогал репеллент .Мы были вынуждены купить анти москитную сетку и приклеить ее скотчем к двери.Сожалею,но это было крайне не приятно и стоило нам бессонной ночи.

Appartement extrêmement agréable. Avec les chaleurs, l'entrée-terrasse, entourée de verdure, est un véritable petit paradis pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur et faire des repas dehors. Le logement est très confortable et fonctionnel, avec climatisation, ce qui a été apprécié. J'y suis allée pour accompagner ma fille qui passait des oraux de concours dans le quartier. Je ne regrette pas mon choix. Elle ne pouvait pas être dans de meilleures conditions pour dormir (calme) et se ressourcer. Une très bonne adresse !

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole

L'appartamento ha completamento soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo soggiornato quì per 3 notti insieme alla nostra bimba di soli 16 mesi e la scelta si è rivelata azzeccata per le nostre esigenze. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile, fornendoci anche una culla e un seggiolone per la nostra bimba. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e dispone del necessario per poter trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La camera da letto è molto spaziosa. La struttura si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e ben servito ed è a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro linea 9, siamo dunque riusciti a raggiungere i punti focali della città con estrema facilità.

Appartement très chouette, meublé avec goût,bien situé avec la ligne de métro toute proche de l’appartement, à 15 min du centre de Paris en métro. Quartier calme et propriétaire sympathique !
