Great for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding trip. Room was big with a kitchen. Microwave, refrigurater, pot, tea, coffee, and etc. were provited.

I booked a 3 bedrm suite. The rooms were modern, spacious and very comfortable. The magic carpet is a very short walk from the ski rental shop so it was very convenient for our family ski.
One area that could be improved is the training of the staff. Some of the staff seem lost, like they have just been thrown into the job and insufficiently trained. They try their best to help though. The staff tend to be international and not local so communicating in english was easy. However, if we needed hotel front desk to communicate in Japanese to a restaurant or service provider they might not be able to help.
Also, breakfast buffet spread was limited and the menu stayed exactly the same for all the days we had breakfast there. The restaurant also serves food for lunch and dinner at high prices which are not value for money.

We had a lovely stay, and it's perfect for a family looking for a ski holiday! The hotel was cosy and comfortable, and the staff all warm and welcoming. I particularly wanted to thank Julian, Hari and Gabi Kim for their help with making various arrangements throughout our stay. We enjoyed our meals, both the hotel breakfast buffet as well as their regular restaurant menu. As first timers to winter sports the magic carpet is conveniently steps away from the hotel entrance, with easy learner slopes and a gondola right at the top of the magic carpet. That, combined with the ski valet service made our first snowboarding experience very accessible and enjoyable.
We left with fond memories of Hinode Hills Niseko Village and hope to be back again next time!
