Clean and friendly staff. I left an item in the room. Upon sending an email to verify the front staff was able to arrange Yamato transport to send to my next location in Japan. The location is good if you have a car.
The breakfast ends at 9.30am it would be good if it ends at 10am.

Breakfast is great which consists both western and Japanese styles. Bedroom is great especially for a solo or couple. The public bath is good though a little small with one indoor cold tub and indoor hot pool, as well as an outdoor pool. One can also go for a hike behind the resort. Free car-parking which is a short walk to the lobby. Has coin-operated laundry services which means that one does not need to bring a lot of clothings.
The resort is a little old but still very well maintained. Not much food choices if one want to have lunch or dinner at the restaurants during off-peak season. One will have to drive out to nearby eateries (about 5 to 10 mins away).

Beautiful and convenient location, stylish and modern facilities, super comfortable room, bedding and shower, great onsen and amazing hospitality. The Director of rooms, Mr. Hatakeyama was particularly caring and helpful during our stay.
We just loved everything even outside of the skiing season in late May
