    The staff were really helpful in laying out the petals for my birthday (surprise from my SO) and they were all very friendly and warm. Room is nice and clean location is great we were able to travel around easily. Everything was good! 😌

    Setsu Niseko impressed us with its spacious rooms, excellent facilities and amenities, and breathtaking views, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout.

    The 3 bedroom suite was a fantastic stay for our family with lots of space. The clean rooms and beddings made it more pleasant. However, the WiFi connection could be much improved as it was very weak and I relied heavily on my own data roaming. This was rather disappointing for such a high end hotel. Hope this could be rectified soon. Hotel is also within walking distance to various restaurants. There are also shuttles to the grand hirafu and hanazono ski slopes.
