Beautiful clean apartment walking distance tonics town and great balcony with sea view

The apartment is in a great location and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Only minor things, our biggest issue was the WIFI signal (quite poor and made it difficult to use it).

Very nicely and sensitively equipped flat, pretty new furniture and whole building/equipment. Pleasant stay close to Rovinj city centre. Nice sea view and view of the old town including the basilica of St Euphemia and St Catherine island from the big balcony.

Uneasy to find, even with car navigation. Such location needs definitely a clear instruction where to find what, and this should be sent in advance. Even not clear for locals where to search exactly the house. Particularly stupid situation when you arrive late in the night after a long car driving. Strongly suggest to improve this information since otherwise the flat is brilliant and we would easilly give them 10 or even more:-)

The location and southern view is most exceptional. It is located 5 minutes from every direction of the village. You are mixed with the locals in a residential feel. You feel you get lost in the back narrow streets but always find your way up the hill to Residents Blu Sky. Our unit was Deep Blu & Studio with vaulted ceiling & queen bed on the 3rd floor with views of roof tops and water. The deck is railed with glass so the picture wall to wall window is full view! Decorated in white with light shades of blue.

Although host was available via message, no in-person host only vaguely messaged directions on how to find exact unit. No sign but luckily neighbor helped. Kitchenette was missing a few essential utensils. Dull knives. No basics like salt & pepper & trash bags. Of course these are small things you’d rather not have to mention.
