Everything is prefect. Located in a quiet area but can easily access to everywhere.

Magical area of the 'new' old town. There were bicicles, which were extreme useful to reach beaches. Everything in a few steps away (restaurants, cafés, sea). Great pizzeria close to entrance.
The movement of wooden staircase should be fixed, and sone other small diy fixes, but otherwise great.
