This was a beautifully maintained property in a central position.

We stayed in this charming little studio in Rovinj for seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located on one of the busier streets in town, which meant there was always plenty of activity and energy right outside the door. Despite its central location, it provided a comfortable and enjoyable home base for exploring everything Rovinj has to offer. The studio itself was very cute, thoughtfully remodeled, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the small kitchen was perfectly serviceable for our needs. We especially appreciated being within easy walking distance of the old town, waterfront, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The unit was clean, comfortable, and ideal for our visit, particularly since we arrived just before the peak summer tourism season began. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient accommodation in Rovinj.

One thing prospective guests should be aware of is that the studio is located right in the heart of Rovinj on a busy street. As a result, some street noise can be heard throughout the day and into the evening, particularly during the peak tourist season when the town is at its busiest. We did not find the noise overwhelming, and the windows and exterior shutters do a surprisingly good job of muffling much of the sound. However, if you are an exceptionally light sleeper or highly sensitive to outdoor noise, this is something worth considering before booking. For us, the convenience of being in such a central location far outweighed the occasional sounds of the city, and it was simply part of the authentic Rovinj experience.
