Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional, especially the manager, Burak, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Despite our flight being delayed by five hours, he stayed until midnight to personally welcome us and even upgraded our two rooms to a complimentary three-bedroom family suite for our family of seven. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, the pools and slides were fantastic for the children, the spa was outstanding with highly professional therapists, and housekeeping was always prompt and efficient. We genuinely couldn't fault anything.

I really dont know where to start from. I have been to many 5* resorts not only in turkey but worldwide I have never had such an amazing experience like the one I did in this hotel. Very relaxing and super comfortable. Mr. Burak the hotel manager have been helpful in every situation. Usually most hotel managers are helpful when you ask for help in an issue but for Mr. Burak its different offering help and making your vacation very comfortable and luxurious even without asking takes the vacation experience to a different level. Mr Burak have made us start thinking from now about booking again in the hotel for our next vacation from now!! Other than the great jests and services the hotels amenities are amazing. The food variety and quality is perfect the between meals snack are very excellent I mean providing waffle, churros & icecreams unlimited all day is something really great. The drinks are also special. The rooms are well decorated and super clean. The beds are very comfortable. We booked a classic sea view room and was upgraded to deluxe sea view the view from the room was very special. Finally, our experience in the hotel was excellent its not a 5* hotel could be a 7* and thats because of the excellent amenities and food variety but mainly because of the management of Mr. Burak who makes you feel that you are the only guest in the hotel. I want to thank the managment and the staff for this great experience hoping to be able to visit back soon!!

This was a wonderful experience. The landscape provides a great opportunity for enjoyable walks. The food and drinks are everyone. I have never seen a hotel that opens its main restaurant after midnight and it’s free as part of the stay. The staff are cooperative and always willing to help with a smile. Mr. Burak, the hotel manager is everywhere all the time :) I don’t know how he does that.

Nothing really. Like most resorts it is far from the city center but is full of activities that you could spend 3-4 days without needing to leave.
