The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained. The food was superb. The all-inclusive package was amazing food was varied and if you love Mediterranean food, you will love eating here. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really maybe the cushions weren’t the best in the bedroom.

I booked Labranda just a few hours before our trip because our original hotel reservation was cancelled at the last minute. As a result, I wasn't expecting anything exceptional. However, both the hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations. The hotel is large yet cosy. It doesn't have the impersonal atmosphere of some large resorts that seem designed solely to accommodate as many guests as possible. The staff were genuinely wonderful. Murat at reception was especially outstanding—polite, kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rest of the team, from the porters to the restaurant staff and the entertainment crew, were equally friendly and welcoming. Everyone contributed to a fantastic holiday atmosphere. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily return.

The location is very good. It’s a short walk to town where you have plenty of restaurants and stores. The beach area is very good as well, they have a big area reserved for the hotel with enough sun beds. There is food service most of the time, you will always find something to eat and drink. The staff is nice and helpful. We asked to change rooms and they helped us. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but the price isn’t also a 5 star so it’s fair. I would say it is a 4 star hotel. Some improvements need to be made as they need to increase the food variety and quality. One example is, if they cooked chicken, you had 4 varieties of plates with chicken but if you don’t want chicken then you don’t have many options. There was no fruit during breakfast and during lunch they had melon and apples and melon again at dinner. Service at the restaurant is very limited, they need more staff. The rooms and bathrooms need renovation. Everything worked but you can see some signs of damage in certain parts of the room. There is actual gym, the gym is on the stage where shows happen in the summer. You are working out on the stage. Not enough equipment. Unfortunately, we had some rainy mornings so staff was not going to the beach bar. Guests were serving themselves. Be aware of the beach towel guy in the spa. He will always make sure you follow the rules and you will hear a lesson from him. One day, we asked for new towels when we gave back the towels from the day before, the towel guy was not happy. It seems like they only have one towel per person, so towels run out if you don’t strictly follow the rules. It’s not pleasant to have a towel guy enforcing rules when you’re on a 5 star hotel. Also, the towels are very old.
