Beach front Location Proximity to Bodrum Center and key attractions Staff friendliness especially Mr Ekrem at reception

Loud music from the bar at night that ruins the tranquility of the place. Definitely not a relaxing oasis. The place is overrun with cats that jump on dining tables Dogs howling at night, lights from adjoining buildings in the resort that remain on throughout the night and shouting drunken revellers at night (not the hotel's fault) make sleeping with windows open and no A/C practically impossible. The food is hit and miss. Definitely not 5 star quality but broadly in line with the hotel's below average daily rate. Guests piling the plates high with food without any consideration to other guests.

Rather comfortable and clean rooms

For 5 stars rating hotel,food selection was limited.The buffet often had long queues _ even just to get some chicken.No sweet desserts or decent pastries for coffee at breakfast ,and instead of butter they served margarine.Overall,the food was okey,but the variety and organisation didn’t really match the 5 stars hotel.And the restorant a La carte not worth going in((

Great location, just a short walk distance to city centre. Staff were incredible friendly and helpful, the bedroom was bigger than we thought and so comfortable and it was cleaned every day. Sauna was also very good.

The location is very good. It’s a short walk to town where you have plenty of restaurants and stores. The beach area is very good as well, they have a big area reserved for the hotel with enough sun beds. There is food service most of the time, you will always find something to eat and drink. The staff is nice and helpful. We asked to change rooms and they helped us. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but the price isn’t also a 5 star so it’s fair. I would say it is a 4 star hotel. Some improvements need to be made as they need to increase the food variety and quality. One example is, if they cooked chicken, you had 4 varieties of plates with chicken but if you don’t want chicken then you don’t have many options. There was no fruit during breakfast and during lunch they had melon and apples and melon again at dinner. Service at the restaurant is very limited, they need more staff. The rooms and bathrooms need renovation. Everything worked but you can see some signs of damage in certain parts of the room. There is actual gym, the gym is on the stage where shows happen in the summer. You are working out on the stage. Not enough equipment. Unfortunately, we had some rainy mornings so staff was not going to the beach bar. Guests were serving themselves. Be aware of the beach towel guy in the spa. He will always make sure you follow the rules and you will hear a lesson from him. One day, we asked for new towels when we gave back the towels from the day before, the towel guy was not happy. It seems like they only have one towel per person, so towels run out if you don’t strictly follow the rules. It’s not pleasant to have a towel guy enforcing rules when you’re on a 5 star hotel. Also, the towels are very old.
