The location was amazing, the beaches were nice as well as the pools, the food was ok, the staff were friendly

The rooms need a lot of renovations as well as the building itself

Everything of this hotel was perfect. Enough variation of food each day. Very clean hotel. Snacks between lunch/dinner was incredible good.

The room was a little bit small.

On a very positive note, the staff deserve special recognition. They were extremely hardworking, friendly and attentive, and I felt that they consistently did their best across the property to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Their effort and professionalism were definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

I chose this property primarily to spend time by the beach, so I was quite surprised to find that the beachfront was a very small strip of sand. As a result, I only spent one day of my five days stay at the beach, and for the rest of the trip I ended up using the pool instead. This was not what I had originally planned for the trip since I can experience the pool anywhere. The beach facilities could also be improved. The umbrellas and sunbeds were not particularly comfortable or well maintained, which made the overall beach experience far less enjoyable than expected. The food quality was another area that I felt could be improved. While there was a variety of options available, the overall quality was somewhat below average. I also tried the set menu at the fish restaurant, which was described as an “elite” dining experience, but I was disappointed to find only two choices available on the menu. Given the positioning of the restaurant and the overall discreption of the property, I expected a better dining experience with a better-quality food. Overall, I believe the food quality and dining experience could be significantly improved to better match the level of the property.
