Lovely rooms with a view, wait staff in the dining rooms are so hospitable and friendly . Wonderful hammam service , great location by the sea and the pool service is great.

The next door property that loves playing super loud music. It’s crazy loud .

The staff are amazing especially the guys around the deck area who are very attentive. The loungers on the deck were great and the pool looked stunning. I really enjoyed my Hamman spa treatment. The food in the restaurant on the pool level was good at lunch times and the a la carte restaurant was tasty food and the wine was better there. There is a boat taxi into Bodrum from the jetty next to the hotel which is great and runs about every 10-15 mins and costs about £4 one way.

The hotel is more 3 star than 5. The bedrooms are really basic and in need of an update. Our bathroom door got constantly stuck. The storage for clothes is not enough. Our "garden view" was the back of the hotel which was a storage area so not very nice to sit and look over. The buffet food was ok You can get eggs cooked up fresh which was good in the morning. If you timed it right when the food was being cooked it was good e.g. fresh sea bass and chicken kebabs. There was a lack of fresh fruit at breakfast, there were apples and pears but they were all a bit bruised and didn't look that nice. Fresh fruit platter is available in the morning, after 10am by the deck area where the ice creams are. The coffee from the bars by the deck is really good as made fresh but the coffee at breakfast was terrible as it is a push button machine. There was a lack of information about this type of thing and we only found out from other guests. When we tried to initially book the al la carte restaurant we were told it was full or shut for the duration of our stay but then another guest told us they had been offered it that day and there were spaces so we did manage to get in. There is no entertainment until June 1 so the evenings were a bit boring. We got chatting with other guests but i would have expected some form of entertainment. The pool table, dart board and table tennis were all unavailable in the evenings which was a shame.
