Degirmenburnu Residence

Modern spacious apartment with all the inclusions you want for a self contained stay. The apartment had a view of the harbour, and is close to historic Windmill site. A bit of a walk to shops but manageable.

Great location. Comfortable and spacious.

Dishwasher didn’t work and despite reporting it no action was taken. Kitchen could be better equipped….pans pots etc

Superb location with an unbelievable view. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with excellent airconditioning which is a must in Turkey. We walked both into Bodrum and Gumbet, yes steep hills but if you required a taxi they were always available and very reasonable 250 lira to Bodrum Marina. The staff onsite were always available and very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to returning later this year 😀

The sofa bed was actually a sofa not a pull out bed.

This is a spectacularly located apartment overlooking the sea and windmills and ancient city wall just a few yards away. It was also outside the noise and traffic of Bodrum, but the touristy areas can be reached by walking. The apartment was completely furnished with high quality dishes and flatware and all the necessary appliances including clothes and dishwasher. The only common item missing was a microwave. The A/C and wifi were great. We used the outdoor swimming pool a lot and it was wonderful - a real lap pool and a separate kiddle pool with lots of deck chairs umbrella and great views. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

There was no microwave, and there was no entrance at the lower levele menaing that we always had to go up to walk down to our apartment or to go out as well.
