The location was central, the room cleanliness was exceptional, the breakfast was great, various options and regularly topped up. Fridge available in room and complimentary tea & coffee.We had an early morning flight and they prepared a pack lunch to go. Thank you.
Really appreciated the tea & coffee but no milk provided or complimentary water bottles.

Location , comfortable, satisfying room.
But the staff are indifferent, not welcoming and unfriendly. They say immediate “No” for most requests (and I had only 4) , they never greet us (maybe children are count as worthy guests). Towel were replaced after speaking the hotel manager (we stays 5 nights!)
I conclude that the hotel management malfunctions but since location and facilities are good this fact is being ignored.
