After an early morning trip, we arrived feeling quite tired, so the complimentary beer offered by the hotel was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise.
We would also like to thank the lovely lady at the spa. Even though we didn’t have enough time to make use of the pool and spa facilities, we stopped by for a quick visit and she made us feel very welcome with her warm smile and hospitality.

The SPA and the breakfast
The phones didn’t work! Everytime we needed to communicate we had to go to the reception.
The AC didn’t work! Two nights without AC. On the last night they moved us to a different room as per our demand, after they first suggested to give us a fan! They moved us to a second room but no AC there either. Then the third room had AC but it was downgraded! We paid so much money for that! They didn’t reimburse us or gave us some money back!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
