Great Location with a very nice roof top bar. Wellness, Spa and Gym for free and very nice. The staff is super nice and helpfull.

Excellent hotel in a nice part of the old town right on the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated - only suggestion for improvement would be installation of USB sockets in rooms

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to everything. The hotel was beautiful and our view of the river and the castle were outstanding. But the real star of the show was the staff and the hotel Manager/President- Petra. Petra went out of her way to ensure our stay was above and beyond. She worked through an issue for us without hesitation. And the front desk staff was the best I have seen--always helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay at this hotel for the location and the views but truly you should go for the exemplary staff and manager!
