About this apartment rental
Maushop Village is a private beach community located in New Seabury. This unit is a short walk from both the private beach and Popponesset Marketplace where you can enjoy small restaurants, the General Store, the Raw Bar with its famous lobster rolls, a pizza shop, miniature golf course, and small concert stage with frequent live musical entertainment for everyone.
Mashpee Commons is 3 miles down the road where you will find shops with fine restaurants, coffee houses, etc. There is also a large supermarket, movie theatre and much more. This is a great location for day trips to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, whale watches, etc.
There is a no pet policy for renters or guests that is strictly enforced. The home is smoke free...non smokers only.

It was a very hot week which made it difficult with no air conditioning. Not the owners fault however since a/c units are not allowed in the village. But a very nice week overall in spite of the heat.

We loved our stay in Maushop. A short walk to everything for the small children made it so easy to enjoy! Lovely home, friendly neighbors, beautiful beach and perfect summer weather made for a dream vacation. We are looking forward to next year! Thank you!

We so enjoyed our vacation at Maushop on Seagrass Ln! Adored the cottage décor and comfortable homey feeling. Love the location as well. It was impeccably clean. Sadly we had to cut our vacation short due to an illness :(
We truly hope to return next year! The owner was wonderful, as I had to contact him for a minor assistance. Couldn't have been nicer.

While the condo had everything needed, it lacked the location we thought we were getting.
