This two-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Rest soundly in the second-floor primary bedroom, which features a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with cable. Step out to the private balcony to sip coffee and enjoy the partial ocean views. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-size beds and another private balcony. Between the two bedrooms, the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor.
Host a barbecue on the patio, surrounded by a white picket fence. You'll find a gas grill, a table for alfresco dining, and Adirondack chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Such a great little spot in an adorable community, right near the ocean! The commons area in the community had cute shops, mini golf, coffee shops, ice cream, and a few restaurants! Only 0.5 miles from the condo. The beach is also only a 2-minute walk from the condo, which is extremely convenient! The owners are very kind and responsive should you need anything during your stay!

This is NOT an upscale rental and while the location is very good, the actual rental cottage had
several issues. Most importantly, the larger bedroom was unusable owing to the many missing
vertical blinds slats causing a total lack of privacy and lack of adequate shade. We rented a
two bedroom facility but given the issues with this bedroom, we were unable to use one. We
complained to Vacasa a few times but got no response. We feel we are owed compensation for
the lack of a useable bedroom. There were several other issues that were problematic, an
uneven brick walkway, a grill that was rusted and had caked-on grease and grime, etc. that are
not in keeping with the advertised upscale facility
