Perfect location with ocean view. The home is decorated beautifully, has everything you need (even bks and games). You can enjoy the ocean view from both the back patio and the upstairs balcony.Direct beach access 1 minute walk down the lane. Plus the trails. The area is peaceful and serene. (Unfortunately my stay coincided w a nor'ester but I still enjoyed it.) Also I don't wear shoes in the house and this place was really clean - you can tell when your feet stay clean when barefoot!Lastly, the owner was lovely. You'll love it here!

We booked for a two night stay. There was a death in the family and several of the travelers booked nearby too. The beds and bedding are very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The ocean can be seen and heard from the patio. The outdoor areas are very well designed offering lots of privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! It was a good size for my wife and I and two young children. The house was very clean and about a 2 (very short) block walk to a private sandy beach, which was incredibly convenient for us. The property itself was well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to extra pillows and blankets in the bedrooms. The beds were in good shape I thought, on the firm side, which I like. There were extra beach chairs and toys in the outdoor shed as well.
Communication with the owner was easy; she was incredibly responsive and provided us with helpful tips about the area, making our vacation even more enjoyable.
One thing to note is that while the upstairs had good air conditioning, the downstairs only had a fan. This was perfectly fine for us during our stay, but it might be something to consider on exceptionally hot days. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great amenities and excellent proximity to the shore.
