Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. Every amenity and necessity that you could need is provided. The furnishings and decor are Cape Cod coastal casual.
One of the shortest walks to the Maushop beach stairs. This unit has an updated kitchen and baths. Authentic Cape Cod details such as wide pine flooring, exposed beams, shiplap, brick courtyards, and white picket fences that make it perfectly charming. Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!
