About this house rental
Welcome to our stunning stone cottage in the heart of the 1000 Islands, on the St. Lawrence River waterfront. Enjoy the most beautiful views and colorful sunrises & sunsets. Swimming, canoeing and fishing are right on our doorstep. We have a large outdoor area and firepits, seating, private beach, patio with gas BBQ, 110' x 8' boat dock and high-speed internet. 37 km of hiking/biking trails are just across the road. We are only 3 min from the historic downtown and restaurants, stores, cruise and casino.
This 6000 SF luxury house contains 3 suites, second floor is suite #1, while main floor is suite#2&3, they are beside each other but all come with separated entrance, completely independent suites, they have nothing to share with other, just like a townhouse.
This is suite #2, located at ground floor with water front, contains 1 bedroom, 1 washroom, 1 showers room, 1 kitchen, 1 living rooms and 1dinning rooms, 2 queen beds including 1 sofa beds, Sleeps 2-4. it has an area of 1000 SF. There are also patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ and fire pits.
To ensure the safety to our guests, there are surveillance cameras surround the building.

Had a blast at this waterfront property with a group of friends. Perfect spot for multiple families or groups. The water was shallow which is great for kids. Lots of grass area for games and even a small sandy beach area. Owner was very responsive. Overall great experience!

Place is good to stay and beautiful location. However I would suggest to take your own bath soap and shampoo because the owners doesn’t provide it.
