About this house rental
Spacious home located in the heart of the village. Perfect location..... quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to downtown for events, shopping, and dining.
The home has 7 bedrooms and a 2 spacious living rooms. 2.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas inside, and 3 porches with seating and a grill.
The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms with queen beds(linens provided)a spacious living room and 1.5 baths. The master bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity and washer/dryer. The Kitchen has a dining area with seating for 6. All stainless steel counters stove, microwave, fridge and 2 dishwashers. A private covered balcony also has a table and 4 chairs.
Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms 1 king 1 queen. A Bunk House with a twin over full, and a little nook with a queen bed.. One full bathroom with rainforest shower and vanity.. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range and microwave, dining room with table seating for 5 plus a covered patio with a table and 4 chairs

Enjoyed our visit. Conveniently located with a short walk to the center of Alexandria Bay. Clean and comfortably furnished. The large kitchen and dining area was a nice gathering spot for our group of 9 adults. Grassy area with sun and shade used for Cornhole (or other lawn games).The host was responsive to several minor requests.The full bath in the upper unit can be accessed only by going through the primary ("master") bedroom. This should be disclosed in the VRBO ad. This was undesirable but manageable for our group of 6 adults sleeping in this unit because there is a separate powder room.

We had a great time staying at the house. The upstairs had three bedrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room and a bath and a half. The downstairs a master with a bathroom another bedroom, plus there was a bedroom in front of h the living. The only thing that was a little weird to us was There was a bed in the kitchen with a divider, but it all worked. All of us had a bed, so there was actually two kitchens. There was 2 1/2 full bath. There was plenty of parking. It was a lovely neighborhood and the neighbors were so kind and so nice. The owner was that actually in the house behind us in case we have any issues, phone calls were answered immediately , we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Alexandria Bay was excellent to tour was a beautiful town we took boat rides. We went to restaurants we went shopping. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this to any girls weekend or family that wants to get away and just enjoy the beautiful St. Lawrence Way.

We rented the whole house. There was 11 of us there for the wedding of our son from June 7th-10th. The house was perfect for size location and overall everything we needed. Bruce and Jackie were great hosts and were very attentive with any questions we had. We would give them a perfect 10 and recommend their rental and would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The house was huge and everyone had a bed. Bruce was very accommodating and checked in with phones calls to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. Perfect location with a 7mins walk to downtown. Great stay!
