Downstairs apartment in village sleeps 8 with a creek accessing the Bay and River for canoes, kayaks .Walking distance to downtown. Unit is 1500 square feet with large living room, two private bedrooms 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a king. Bunk Room with twin over full bunk beds. Nook bedroom off kitchen with queen bed and privacy screen.. downstairs rents for $250 per night and $175 during off season plus $100 cleaning fee.

House is a great value - plenty of space for everyone. House is within easy walking distance of downtown, and there is a well-stocked corner store right around the corner. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. There is one bathroom/shower, so worked well for five people, but may be hard for larger groups.
