About this house rental
Spacious, fully furnished four bedroom home with beautiful river and ocean views offering something for everyone. Are you a morning person? Take delight in a peaceful sunrise while savoring a cup of coffee. Mornings not your thing pull the shades and sleep in on the comfortable beds. The sunsets are equally as pleasing with a glass of wine or craft beer from one of the local breweries.
Endless opportunities await you whether you park the car for your entire stay or use the cottage as your home base. Fish off the jetty or lounge with your toes in the sand on the beach both are just steps from the house.
Conveniently located for deep sea fishing, parasailing, kayaking, learning to surf, exploring antique shops, visiting Dock Square in Kennebunkport or taking in a Sea Dogs game in Portland. There is no shortage of adventure to be found and memories to be made.

Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, full bath and laundry. The second floor consists of two generous sized bedrooms both with king size beds and a jack and jill bathroom with double sinks and stall shower.

We came with our family and kids and had a great fall weekend in Maine. Heather was super nice and communicative and even stocked the fridge and provided kites for our kids as well as sunscreen and bug spray. The house was very clean and neat and was a short walk to the nearby beach. The outdoor upstairs deck was a great place to enjoy morning coffee - a bit too cold early morning/evening to sit out there comfortably but would be perfect mid-summer.

Spent a great week here. Home was well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Heather was quick to answer any questions. Hills Beach is secluded yet convenient for day trips throughout the area.

We loved the view and location! Perfect location for beautiful walks on the beach at low tide or up Hills Beach Road. The house had everything we needed, organized and easy to find things. Both the roof deck and Adirondacks in back yard are perfect for enjoying the view with coffee or cocktails. Beautiful sunsets across the street at the jetty and watching the boats is equally as wonderful. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home ❤️
