Bad general condition and noisy
The appartment is close to the tram.
The general condition is very bad, with a broken lamp and cupboard in the living room, cigarette holes on the sofa and on the tablecloth, and the sofabed is really not comfortable. There was supposed to be a fan but it was not there. There is no door to the bathroom, which is directly open to the bedroom. The street is very noisy and smelly, as the appartment is on the first floor above a pizza place, with customers talking loudly (and shouting at each other) until late. It didn't feel like a safe area.

Super appartement pour un long séjour
Nous sommes restés 1 mois dans cet appartement lors de notre emménagement dans la région et nous en sommes pleinement satisfait ! Le logement, bien situé, est dans quartier calme. Il est bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre convenablement : ustensiles de cuisine, sac poubelle et autres consommables de maison, draps propres, frigo, four, micro-ondes, plaques, machine à café ect Majordome Privé était réactif lorsqu'on s'adressait à eux.
Quelques menus travaux/achat sont à prévoir pour qu'il soit encore mieux (étagères courbées, nom manquant sur la boîte aux lettres pour trouver les clefs, pied du ventilateur pas stable et canapé un peu viellaud). Pour les personnes qui ne restent que quelques jours : sel, poivre et huile.
