The location is close to the city center and the Condorcet tramway station, so if you have luggage it will be a short walk to the apartment. There is parking in font of the building and nearby.
The living area is quite small, but it is stocked with all the amenities needed. A welcome kit is provided (trash bag, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, etc.) + clean sheets.
The view from the window is not great, it leads to the interior yard.
The communication with the staff was excellent, they were reachable by mail and phone. Checking in was super easy and accurate (the details about receiving the key were sent by mail).
You will be asked to leave the kitchen corner in a proper state and take out the trash when you leave.
One thing that should be solved is the clogged bathroom sink.
