Loved this spacious, comfortable and trendy apartment. We looked at some cheaper options but the ratings swung it for us, and we're glad we went here. The apartment was well maintained, quiet (considering the location), comfortable and communication was great. Also loved the added touch of the box of toys which my son loved discovering.

Only minor points, the recommended parking was a 10 minute walk away, which with a toddler and all our bags in tow made it a little trickier.

Very helpful hosts and there was milk and tea/coffee available when we arrived plus toiletries, which was a lovely touch.

The lift in the apartment block wasn't working and this just made it a little difficult with the heavy suitcases however this was not a major issue for us.

Wonderful property and host.

Prperty was lovely and the host was very responsive with good directions. Allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check in and also on the next day whilst we went sightseeing. Extremely accommodating host.

Excellent location for walking into Leeds and great access to the canal walkways. Very nice apartment very clean and bed was super comfortable. Clear guidance from the hosts about entry and check out. Highly recommended.

Top quality accomodation. Plenty of coffees and various teas and fresh milk left for patrons. Very much appreciated!! Very helpful hosts when asked for a 2 day extension. Communications were 1st class at all times. Highly recomend this property.

Excellent location, modern , quiet , clean and well equipped. Very good showers and comfy beds.

The seating in the lounge area wasn't ideal for 4 adults but the host replied saying they take on board the criticism and will consider options. Only other observation was the addition of more mirrors especially in bedrooms.

It's a stunning flat, convenient location, and thoughtful hosts providing essential amenities.

We travelled as a family to attend my sister's graduation ceremony, and our stay was simply fantastic. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the hosts' seamless process. They were incredibly easy to reach and communicate with, always prompt in responding to our questions and offering valuable assistance. The flat itself was absolutely stunning, boasting two well-maintained bathrooms for added convenience. Its location couldn't have been better, being close to the high street and just a short walk away from the coach station, which made getting around a lot easier. One delightful touch was finding small TVs mounted on the wall in each room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out to us was the hosts' attention to detail and care for their guests. They provided essential amenities such as tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, an assortment of spices and even toiletries in each bathroom. It was incredibly considerate of them to ensure we had everything we needed. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and the hosts' hospitality played a significant role in making our trip memorable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a great stay!

Overall, our stay was excellent, but there were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. Firstly, we were a bit disappointed to find that the TV in the living room didn't have access to Netflix, which would have been a nice addition to entertainment. Nevertheless, it was a minor concern and didn't significantly impact our stay. Secondly, we found that there weren't enough tissues provided in the bathroom, and we had to buy more during our stay. It would be great if the hosts could consider adding more tissues to ensure guests have an ample supply. Despite these small hiccups, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at the accommodation. The positive aspects far outweighed the minor inconveniences, and we would gladly recommend this place to others. Thank you for hosting us and for making our family trip a memorable one!

the property was very perfect for my family. two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with good size living and dining space. we were are family of 3 and it was perfect for us. it was in a great location. max 10 minute walk from anywhere in the city so it was really easy to get around.

the only fault were the beds. the mattresses weren’t pleasant to sleep on…the last night I had to sleep on the couch because the mattress was just so uncomfortable.
