The property would benefit from some net curtains across the kitchen entry area to offer a little privacy.

Perfect for Leeds stay

We have stayed here twice - easy to access the property on arrival with parking. Perfect location for Leeds, a £12 taxi ride. Comfortable living room and fully working kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable and great size! Only criticism would be the bathroom could do with an upgrade - but all fully working Would definitely stay again!

Location was fantastic, semi rural but 15 mins from Leeds City centre

Lovely little cottage with plenty of facilities

Great little cottage for an overnight work stay with some creature comforts that you can’t get in a hotel room

The shower needs some maintenance. The shower head doesn’t stay up.

Amazing cottage; spacious, clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable. Main bedroom is absolutely huge with gorgeous, proper farmhouse wood beams overhead. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Does not meet expectations, feels like owners have either changed or lost interest.

Large lounge and bedroom areas. A property with great potential but failing to live up to it.

Bathroom was not clean on arrival, kitchen was much the same with other people's half used food in freezer and cupboards. Evidence of leaks to ceilings - which then became more obvious when we encountered puddles and water dripping thru light fixtures on showering! Secure parking is only for owners family use. Property is more suited to contractor use, than a break away.

No staff to greet us or check our IDs. We saw no staff during our stay. We let ourselves in the property (not sure if this was the normal thing) couldn’t contact anybody via phone or email. No direction from anyone. We guessed from the pictures that this was our booking, apart from that, the Farm House was beautiful.

Great Property, spacious.

Clean, excellent quality accommodation. Very spacious in a nice location, easy to get to Leeds City Center. We arrived late, so it was a nice touch to have tea, coffee facilities available with Milk in the fridge.

Shower wasn't the best, not very powerful. A small thing really as everything else is excellent. 10/10

The host was lovely, the place was immaculate. Lots of clean towels, bedding was fresh, well stocked kitchen utensils, great view, fab enclosed garden. Would definitely go back again.

We was only there overnight but it had everything we needed.

It was spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable, if a little small. The back yard was a little sun trap. The carpets looked new and the sofa was the comfiest one we’ve ever sat on at a rental property. The owner was nice too and see she popped in to say hello.

Ticked all the boxes!

Stunning accommodation, beautifully decorated and plenty of space. Had everything we needed while we were there. The milk and other extras were a welcome surprise. The perfect base for visiting family in the area. Owners were very friendly and welcoming and we loved meeting the pups too. We hope to be back!

It’s hard to find fault with this lovely farmhouse but if I had to pick anything, I’d say the shower could be improved but this was a really minor detail and didn’t matter at all.
