Terrific hotel in the Freiburg area.

The facilities were modern, room was extra large, big shower with excellent water pressure, elevator made getting around the hotel easy.. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip - lots of choices, great food and plenty of it. The nearby restaurant in the same complex had very good, reasonably priced meals. Plenty of parking was available. The hotel was near major roadways so easy in and out.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is top and we loved the staff, they are really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Is in an industrial area, but not far from the town. It’s a pity it doesn’t have anything in the rooms that we can make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee.

The staff is great, the room was really nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Breakfast had enough choices.

The view isnt really something to write home about and the hotel is unfortunately located a few meters away from the Oktoberfest tent, meaning the party is in your room as well, not really relaxing, so avoid this time of the year if possible.

Our room was really big as was the bathroom. There was ac and the breakfast was extensive. Easy to access from the highway.

It's situated on a bit of an industria/officel site so the surroundings are so-so.

We had a great time, highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and well equipped, we like the sauna in the room as well. The breakfast was nice.

Great stay with modern, clean and large rooms

Excellent stay on your drive through Germany. Very large, clean, and modern rooms. Ours even had a sauna and a huge bath room. The property itself is also modern and clean.

Never got the charging station to work despite downloading two apps and spending 20 minutes on trying. I work in tech so I feel pretty confident in my own skills.

An excellent modern hotel in a rather dull location

This is a near new hotel in a quiet location, with friendly and helpful (and professional) staff, and very large and comfortable rooms, with small balconies. The rooms and public areas are well appointed with modern decor. The bathroom was particulary nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Free parking is a bonus too. This is excellent accomodation, in many ways the best we enjoyed during two weeks in Germany

The only thing not to like is the location, which is in a dull, semi industrial village outside Frieburg. Our excellent room with its south facing balcony looked out onto a small industrial unit, with no view beyond that. But there again, thay are not charging the same price as a hotel in Frieburg itself, which is only a very short drive away (as long as you have as car as we did). As a minor point, it was a peculiar design feature that the bathroom had a window onto the bedroom, which was only glazed partly in obscured glass.

Relaxing and quite location.

+ The balcony in the room is quite big and was facing a forest (See photo). Spending the late evening on the balcony was a great way to relax. + There is a very big Edeka (Supermarket) nearby (with Bakery; Cafe; prepared food; and all you need). + Umkirch is very quiet. + Easy access to the highway. + Nice staff.

The service was not smooth. Nothing major, but rather multiple little issues which were all resolved once prompted. For example, 1. We asked for some supply restocking (dishwashing soap and coffee). For some reason, this fall through the cracks and we were not resupplied. I asked again two days later and then got a huge amount of supply. 2. On one of the days of our stay, the cleaning staff forgot to service the room, I asked reception and this was solved in less than an hour. 3. I mentioned the phone does not work (mainly to call reception), but this was not fixed (and no one got back to me on this issue). 4. The parking space of the hotel was full (after 20:00) and I had to park in the street parking. This is not a major problem as there are enough in the street, but it is still not clear to me if this is allowed (or a fine can have been issued).

great place to spend the night

We loved this hotel. Rooms are beautifully designed, modern, comfortable and spotless. We had dinner at the restaurant snd it was fantastic.

The location is a bit on the outskirts of the city in an industrial district, but we did not mind, since it was a short stop over.

It was wonderful apartment and location wasn't bad 25 min to Europa park and to many tourist attract

Apartment is large and has Sona and full kitchenette.

The room card access disturbed us twice it didnt work and reception was closed luckily I had sim from germany and I had to call the hotel and took a while to give us a new access card. Please keep in mind and keep the reception open until 12 AM at leaset. And lack of parking areas.

Excellent breakfast, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the room has a modern design for a very fair price.

The only downside is the location which is about 12km from the city centre. Not a problem at all if you are going in your car.

Nice and stylish hotel with a value breakfast - nice for a short trip

The style of the hotel is great The breakfast is nice and really good value for the price The bed is comfortable only the cushions were too high/too big. My bf got a new one but this was still not as small as he likes it. We could check in a little bit earlier and also check out a little bit later which was great for our plans. The room has a decent size and has everything you need.
