About this house rental
Coastal Kookaburra is a spacious holiday home nestled in Bouddi National Park with its own swimming pool. A short walk on a sandy path through the national park provides access to fabulous MacMasters Beach.
Renovations have been completed 2024 with a new kitchen, 3rd bathroom now renovated, new flooring and new outdoor decking.
MacMasters Beach is an ocean beach with good surf patrolled between Oct and Easter and great amenities for chilren with the best Ocean pool on the Central Coast! Beechwood features a 12mtr gated swimming pool with solar heating and sun lounges, large rumpus room with full sized pool table (equipped for pool, snooker and billiards table. Fully equipped new kitchen (including large oven, cooktop, microwave, blender and dishwasher) main lounge with open fire, TV/DVD, Wi Fi is available, separate dining room with woodburning stove and bar with drinks fridge. The living space opens onto a large deck with dining table, reclining chairs and gas BBQ overlooking the in-ground pool and the national park.
The property sleeps 12 with 9 beds. Upstairs is a king bedroom, a double room with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 king singles. There are 2 new bathrooms upstairs, one with bath and shower recess. Downstairs there is a bunk room sleeping up to six (one of the bunks has a double bed on the bottom) and a freestanding bed, all with ensuite bathroom. From the downstairs ensuite bathroom there is direct access to the back garden and the path down to the beach, so it can also be used to shower off after a morning surf. Beechwood`s garden consists of a large lawn, native plants and a gazebo. Swimming pool now has solar heating!
Off street parking for 6 cars. 500mtr walk to beach via national park fire trail, then MacMaster Parade, then beach access steps to Marine Parade.
Available all year round, weekends, weekly or mid week.
No groups of under 21 years of age, no parties. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Linen is included

Having checked into this property previously, the check in process this time around was even easier. Barbara was fantastic to deal with and my friends and I had a great time away! The weather was great and warm all weekend which allowed us to spend most of the time on the balcony and in the pool. Having some ceiling fans or air conditioning in the property would improve it as the rooms get very stuffy without them but that’s really the only downside of the property.
