About this house rental
This was the developers personal home. It's the largest one in the development with high-end amenities. There is no other home of this caliber. It's never been rented before.
The courtyard looks out to the Santa Rosa Mountains yet retains privacy for the Extra Large swim spa with waterfall. It has a built-in BBQ and an al fresco dining in the courtyard with fireplace. 2 large chaise loungers.
Dramatic volume ceilings and large retractable window walls provide unparalleled views. A total of 3 fireplaces and high end furnishings. There is no other home like it in Santa Rosa Cove.
Gourmet Kitchen with high-end Viking Appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry.
Gigantic Master Suite with direct access to the Spa and Extra Large Shower and tub make for a luxury vacation like no other. Additionally, its the only unit with an outdoor shower off the master.
The second bedroom can be either 2 twins or a king. It has a private bathroom with shower attached.
The Casita is self contained with access off the courtyard and features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower.
Golf: The La Quinta Mountain and Dunes Course are located in Santa Rosa Cove and you have full access to them.
Spa: You have full access to use the spa subject to their normal rates.
Pool: Santa Rosa Cove has 11 swimming pools. Santa Rosa Cove has our own pools The pools at the Resort are for hotel guests only.
Tennis: Santa Rosa Cove has 3 tennis courts and are no charge. The tennis courts at the resort are only for hotel guests who do pay extra to use them.
Resort Restaurants, Shopping and Grounds are accessible.

Perfect house for 3 couples. Exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed, and location was perfect for attending the Tennis Tourney. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely book again!

Catherine and Andy are wonderful hosts. If we had a question about anything, they were quick to respond. Their home is very spacious and has an elegant, comfortable decor. The location is convenient to everything... walking distance to the La Quinta resort. Kitchen has high end appliances, where we enjoyed cooking many meals. We made good use of the private outdoor fireplace and spa pool.The gated neighborhood is very quiet , great for walks and bicycling. For our family of 4 adults, there were plenty of comfortable areas of the home for each person to find a quiet place to do some work , read a book, watch tv etc. . This home was everything we hoped for and more. We look forward to a return visit in 2021! Thanks again Catherine and Andy
