Enjoy beautiful weather in La Quinta! Our spectacular Villa includes 3 Suites with a Full Kitchen and Living Room, 3 Fireplaces, Wet Bars & 3 Private Patios. STR LICENSE #064429 Our CONTINUOUSLY UPDATED Villa offers ALL NEW carpet, refinished bright white cabinets, new furniture pieces and new paint throughout. Our Legacy Villas community provides 24 hour Guard Gate Security and immaculate landscaping. Coming in an electric vehicle? Good news- Legacy Villas now has 8 EV charging stations available for your use!
Please note that the posted rates are for 3 SUITES with a max of 6 guests. Only need 2 SUITES? 4 guests permitted. Please inquire for 25% nightly rate reduction.
A FEW HOUSE RULES & REMINDERS:
* Minimum age requirement for the responsible Guest is 30
* 6 TOTAL overnight Guests Max
* PETS are NOT permitted. Violation causes total loss of payments, deposit and stay
*Use of Sofa Sleeper during stay Incurs a $20 linen fee
* Missing pool towels will be charged $25 PER towel
* Additional cleaning will be charged at $75 PER hour
* $125/week cleaning charge added on stays of 8 nights or more
* Events / parties are not permitted
* NO bicycles, scooters or wheels permitted INSIDE the residence
* Smoking of anything inside the Villa is prohibited.
* Respectful noise levels between lock-off units and neighbors from 10pm - 7am
* A GARAGE is not part of the rental- there is ample parking in the adjacent lot or on the street
* Parking passes issued at Security Gate

This was an absolute dream set up with the casitas and perfect, prime location. The property owners were amazing to communicate with and the property grounds were perfection. I would love to make this a permit destination to stay yearly. The property owner even reached out about some shorts that were left and offered to return them.10 out of 10

Everything about this place is easy. Check in is clear, the apartment has everything you need - plenty of dishes, towels and toiletries. The owners are extremely communicative. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Highly recommend.
