Overall very good. I wish it had a few items for morning coffee besides just a can of Folgers ground and the fake sugar stuff and no creamers - other units I’ve rented for many years had a small “hotel like” sampler of teas, coffee, sugars, creamers. Very small issue so not really affecting my ratings. Also would have liked to have known tree trimmers were going to trim on Friday at 7am.

Very pleasant house, centrally located to tennis. Furniture and amenities were good. Kitchen well-stocked. TV and wifi worked great. House very clean, the two king and queen beds very comfortable, the twin bed in small third bedroom need better mattresses (fine for a kid, not very good for an adult). Small things though could be improved: coffee maker carafe was wrong size, so had to be held by hand to brew. Only 2 rolls of tp for four persons for a week?

I loved our rental. The furnishings were very tasteful and lovely. It was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed and the towels were like brand new. We sold our home in Rancho LaQuinta a couple of years ago and I thought I would never feel at home again. I was wrong! The area is an excellent location to enjoy all Old Town LaQuinta has to offer. The resort personnel was very nice and welcoming. We had no issues, but I know they would’ve been handled professionally. I forgot to mention how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed our stay so much we rented it for 2months next year!
