This private secluded character built on one level Villa, with its own pool is set in a peaceful open country location, with fabulous views surrounding, only 5 minutes drive to the Historic White Andalucian Village of Mijas, and 5 minutes drive to the miles of stretching sandy beaches ( very safe for children) and town of Fuengirola. The villa is ideal for private seclusion, plus many amenities nearby if required.
Sympathetically restored only a few years ago to a very high standard with high beamed ceilings and fireplace in the lounge, with open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plenty of crockery, etc, etc. coffee machine,. Patio doors from the lounge open directly on to the pool area, and shaded terrace, with dining table and chairs
There is a grassed area which surrounds the pool, ideal for children to play. At the front of the vila there is another enclosed patio area, which is very private, with dining table and chairs. One client referred to it being similar to a " Secret Garden"

Lovely views to Mijas "Pueblo" which only is 7 minutes drive, taking the quiet country route. 5 minutes drive to the bustling town of Fuengirola/ and 10 minutes to the seaside village of La Cala and equal distance to the mountain village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
Only minutes drive to the many many beaches, which are all safe for children,many being awarded "Blue Flag".
For children, nearby is the local Zoo, Mijas Agua Park , The sea Life Aquarium, Butterfly Park, Karting, plus many more activities.
