Staying in lovely student dorms a 5 minute walk from the Guiness Storehouse was affordable and nice.

Room was cozy, but the desk and furniture made it a very usable space. The private bathroom was nice. Access to the roof deck was really lovely and we spent a lot of time up there.

The floor of the shower had some stains that made us wary of using it. The window was quite small and even though the temperature was quite moderate - extra ventilation would have been nice - we left the window all the way open our entire visit.

Ok for a budget short stay

The room was as in the picture. It is good for a short stay and for one person, otherwise is a small room. The bed was comfortable. It was worth for the money.

I had a hard time to find the place. Then they asked for some detailed checked in. The wi-fi has a long process. There were a lot of doors before arriving at your room. It was not very friendly-use property. And it was noisy.

The location was great, and we recieved a lot of privacy. The bathroom was also very nice

It was unclear that the kitchen would not be accessible to us, the matras was quite hard and we could feel the individual springs, we recieved little toilet paper and it was quite thin

Ok for a couple of nights

Loved the location. The room itself is cute and the bathroom is nice and spacious

The bed was very small and the mattress was rock hard. The room was absolutely boiling and the window barely opens but the very hard mattress did do a number on our backs on day 3. Also the sheets didn't look clean 😬 so I slept on top of the bath towel. For the price I would have thought better but it's a student accommodation in the end but they shouldn't charge that much for a sweltering room with uncomfortable bed

Comfortable, affordable and easy

Great location, plenty around and in the middle to each side of Dublin. Being students we were used to student accommodation so it was great for us.

We only had one issue with the sink where the plug wasn’t working but they were quick to resolve the problem. Bed is a small double so if you’re taller like us may be a little bit of a struggle.

Expensive for student accommodation

It is a good location you can get to all the attractions by foot or take the tram when you’re going further

far too hot in the room, the window only opens a small way so no option to help cool down. Students outside our room waiting to leave the complex at 6am very noisy just student chatter but you wouldn’t get that at a hotel and others shouting late night. It is student accommodation but they are charging hotel prices so I expect more really

Perfect for a short stay close to city! Friendly staff and modern room & bathroom. We enjoyed our stay 😃

Property and room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. Walking distance from the city center (20min) or you can take a bus. We enjoyed the Lidl across the street and the Guinness Storehouse is just around the corner as well.

Could do with an extra pillow and no fan or airconditioning for hot summers. (We could open a window at least so wasn’t that bad).

Budget accommodation that’s good for trips when you’re not spending too much time in it

- good location close to Christchurch and Temple Bar within a 10 minute walk - it’s in a busy area but windows don’t face the street so it’s quiet in the room - room was clean

- the room is much more bare than the photos and doesn’t have all the nice decorations and even a chair to sit on at the desk - the mattress was terrible, it sagged to one side and was very hard and pillows were extremely thin - room could do with a fan in warmer temperatures ss it gets very warm - checkout is 10am which is too early

The only good thing is near to all places. The Staff was very good with smiles and helpful. They are a perfect team to help and advise.

No housekeeping was done, No room service was done ( bed sheets replacement, toilet cleaning etc..I planned till 30 of july. But I checked out 1 day before.

Great location and decent value for money considering Dublin accommodation prices. Check-in was easy and it was great to have towels and some toiletries included .

A kettle and microwave would really go a long way in making the room more comfortable. The shower pressure was not great and it was a bit stuffy in the room as we went in the Summer and there is no AC or fans provided

The location was good, just 15 mins from the temple bar district.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible, there was dust everywhere and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The pillows were simply flat, there were no soap, no shampoo, and no spare toilet paper (we had just 1 toilet paper for 4 days). Thank God we don't care about shampoo cause we're carrying our own, also we expected to see no soap, so we bought one for us, and that was not a problem for us.

The bed is comfortable- it is 120cm but it is enough for 2 persons. Private bathroom. There are free coffee from 8/8:30. Just across the street is Lidl

Great location, excellent accomodation!

It is one of the best location. We could walk to everywhere, as it was only 20 minutes from Temple Street, and from most of the main attractions. As Irish food is very comforting it was great to have some exrecises as well. I highly recommend this place, at it is very affordable, but very nice and neat!

Space with, good shower, room well divided. The bed is really small for two people. And not having air conditioning for hot days.

The employees themselves, all very pleasant, solicitous. There was only one young man at the reception who seemed a little unfriendly and uneducated. Frowning. Doesn't have the profile for customer service, and dealing with people.

Ideal location to all the main attractions around the city hence it’s a plus point location vice

There was no Breakfast available. It would have been ideal if there was atleast a Tea/ Coffee machine in the room or a common pantry for use for long stay guests.

No TV in the room . And cleaning was not done for three days had to be reminded several times to clean the room & the garbage.

Very poor customer service, the floor was very dirty, we asked 4 times for this to be cleaned and we were told every day “oh it will be done later”. it never got cleaned …..

Overall a good stay, at a price that's hard to beat in Dublin.

I thought the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and not as small as other reviewers had led me to expect. My husband & I fit just fine, and he's twice my size. There's also a ton of storage space in the room and the bathroom, so we weren't tripping over our stuff. Location's good in many ways, but see below.

It seems like the whole building acts as an amplifier for any sound that happens. Doors slam very loudly if you forget to close them quietly, which many people did in the wee hours every night. We could also very clearly hear our neighbours talking and doing other things all night. The location is good in terms of being easy walking distance to all the touristy stuff, with lots of grocery stores, restaurants, & cafes nearby. However, the immediate area of the hotel is pretty sketchy and I didn't always feel safe around there. Finally, the building gets very hot if it's sunny out.
