However, the breakfast selection could be improved to make it more appealing, appetizing, and enjoyable for guests. Offering a wider variety of dishes, using fresher ingredients, and improving food presentation would enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, the hotel should have a clear contingency plan for managing large numbers of guests in the dining area, especially during peak breakfast hours. Guests should not be left wandering around looking for a place to sit because of a lack of available tables. The hotel could improve its seating arrangements, manage breakfast schedules, or provide additional seating during busy periods. Staff should also be prepared to assist guests and ensure that everyone is accommodated in an orderly and comfortable manner. Overall, I would recommend that the hotel prioritize improvements to its breakfast service and dining-area management. While the hotel offers a good place to stay, these issues can negatively affect the guest experience. With better planning, sufficient seating, and a more appealing breakfast selection, the hotel can provide more efficient service, increase guest satisfaction, and deliver the quality of hospitality that visitors expect.     I booked 3 days 2 night for 3 adults and 2 kids with breakfast. But going to the breakfast buffet the restaurant is asking for 425 pesos for my 7yo son which they said needs to be paid because this age is not included in the package. Which I clearly noted the ages of my 2 kids. This the first time that a hotel asked for payment for my child because I always include their ages as I don't want to have any hassle with staying in the hotel. I hope you notice this one as they said that it is always a complain in this hotel. Thank you.
