    it wasnt the best but wasnt worse either. The Airconditioning in the room is hot and it takes longer to cool down. The TV is slow

    The room was big for its price, the beds were (surprisingly) soft as well as the pillows, the towels (though they look old and thin) smell good, the elevators are fast but the best part are the kind staff. I loved that UCC Coffee is just downstairs and there are many food options nearby. The kitchen area is nice but I wish they included some basic cutlery (there’s only a water heater) and a microwave.

    We arrived at the hotel a little late, 2:15 pm and imagine they let us wait for another 30 mins or more because they said they are still cleaning it! We asked for any complimentary since they let us in late but they saud nothing! This Hotel is not customer friendly even the the receptionist I even asked her why they are not replying on my emails she just said "Were busy, wala lng" is that how you response to customers??? And on our way to our room no one assisted us we were just told the keys is in the door! Also it states there is Kitchenette so we assumed there is atleast a rice cooker or small stove but none!
