Sheets were stained with blood on the first day when I arrived.. although staff did change it after I mentioned it to them. Gorgeous hotel, even the room was lovely but really just in need of a good scrub.

Things We Liked Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had 2 twin beds, bedside lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and a bathroom with a hot and cold shower. The room also had a refrigerator, electric kettle, and hair dryer, which were all very useful. The Smart TV was also a nice touch. There’s no Netflix, but honestly, that was okay with us because there were local channels and YouTube available. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the glass swimming pool on the penthouse level. The pool is around 4 feet deep, which I think is great for families with kids. What I really liked was that because it's a glass pool, you can easily see the kids swimming even while you're sitting on the chairs nearby. As a parent, that gave me some peace of mind while they were enjoying the pool. The Wi-Fi was also available both in our room and at the penthouse area. Breakfast was included for 2 people, and we only paid ₱210 per child for our two kids, which we thought was reasonable. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a decent selection: garlic rice, scrambled eggs, okra with alamang, fish fillet with mayonnaise, cornflakes with milk, bread with butter and strawberry/blueberry jam, watermelon, coffee, lemonade, and infused water with lemon. The location was also convenient because there are a lot of restaurants nearby, plus a 7-Eleven, so you won't have a hard time looking for food or other necessities. We also appreciated the complimentary 2 toothbrushes, 2 coffees with creamers, and 2 sets of disposable slippers. Drinking water can also be refilled outside the room, near the elevator, which is a nice little convenience. And of course, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the gentleman assigned at the entrance—he was very attentive and always ready to open the door for guests. Small gesture, but definitely appreciated! Things That Could Be Improved There were a few things that I think could make the stay even better. First, there's no microwave inside the room. This wasn't a huge problem because we could call reception and ask a staff member to collect the food and have it reheated for us. Still, having a microwave available would definitely be more convenient, especially for families with kids. Our biggest concern was the lack of a dining table and enough chairs. Our room only had one chair and no dining table, so when we wanted to eat in the room as a family, we ended up eating on the floor. It would be really helpful to have at least a small table and 2–4 chairs, especially for rooms that can accommodate families. We also noticed that there were no basic eating utensils provided. We only had 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee cups. From our experience with other hotels, we're used to having at least a couple of plates, spoons, and forks available in the room. This would have been especially helpful since we were staying as a family. Another thing was the number of pillows and towels. Our booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, so I was expecting at least 4 pillows and 4 bath towels, one for each guest. We only received 2 pillows and 2 towels. Since our kids are already 10 and 11 years old, we didn't book the "Kids Stay for Free" option, so I was hoping the room setup would reflect the number of guests included in our booking. Overall, it was still a pleasant family stay.

We booked a deluxe king room. Ang laki ng room and high ceiling pa. Sobrang sulit ng price compared sa ibang mahal pero maliit lang ang room. Nasolo pa namin ang pool dahil weekday. Mababaw at sakto lang ang pool. Marami ring malalapit na pwedeng ipadeliver na food. May discount pa sa Coffee Buddy - just show your keycard. Ang sarap ng Iced chocolate drink ng Coffee Buddy! Pwedeng lakarin from Privato. May nachos din kaya ok na ok for movie night sa room.
