About this apartment rental
This slopeside condo is great for a group of couples looking for a perfect mountain getaway! Located directly across the parking lot from Canyon Lodge, location does not get any closer than this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. A spacious living area with a 65" flat screen TV, new stereo, wood-burning fireplace, wireless internet, and large sectional couch with room for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences to cook a nice meal for the family or extra company.
The master bedroom on the main level features a Queen bed with flatscreen TV, DVD player, and attached private bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom, also downstairs, has a bunk bed with two double beds and twin trundle underneath, flat screen TV, DVD player and shared bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and private attached bathroom also with double vanity.
This property is adjacent to the lifts, sport shop and ski school at Canyon Lodge, as well as the Village Gondola allowing easy access to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife at the Village at Mammoth. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot in an underground parking garage (clearance 7' 2") with another parking spot available on a first come, first serve basis at the complex. One parking pass only is provided. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The condo sleeps a maximum occupancy of 7, there are 16 stairs to the condo, 2 levels inside and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. These place is great! It’s roomy and you can very comfortably sleep 7 adults. And, if you enjoy the apres ski party, you couldn’t be any closer to canyon! Skip the lodges for lunch and easily be back at your place for drinks and home made food. I will 100% be back! It’s not technically ski in ski out but it’s truly as close as it gets to canyon.

We had a nice stay and found the layout of the unit good for our family. Mgmt company was responsive to concerns. However, it would be more helpful if early check in was an option. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!

We where very excited when we got there because of the excelent location its is very close to canyon lodge and the apartment itself is very spacious. Unfortunetly it was not cleaned properly, the soffa was full of dust we would not stop sneezing, there where a lot of spider webs and there was no curtain on the dinning area so we felt no privacy when walking around the cabin. The bedding needs to be cleaned, the toillet from the upstairs bedroom leaks. It just needs a little work because it’s a great property.
